So we’ve all had a pretty strange time isolating and looking after each other. When we start back at work, which will be soon, there are a few things we’re going to be doing a little differently.
Firstly and most importantly if you feel unwell or have been unwell please DO NOT come for your appointment. Please rearrange.
All appointments will now be staggered so self distancing can still take place. On arrival you will take your lead and collar from your dog and we will place our own biothane slip lead on your dog. We will be bathing your dog straight away on arrival. We will be wearing rubber gloves whilst bathing and washing the lead and gloves whilst in the bath.
Our waterproof apron will be worn throughout the groom and sprayed with a pet safe disinfectant after each groom. All equipment will then be sanitised and hygienically cleaned between dogs. Please be on time for pick up and drop off. We would prefer bank transfer or paypal for payments but if you do want to pay cash can you please bring the correct money in a bag with your dog’s name on it.
This is going to be a bit strange to start with but I’m sure we will all get used to this new normal if we all cooperate. Stay safe
